Attendees will have the opportunity to take part in several unique Brazilian Workshops throughout the day that are family friendly, and fun to try. Experience Brazilian culture with hands on activities, workshops, interactive experiences, and live performances including Capoeira, Jiu-Jitsu, Afro-Brazilian Dance, Samba, Music Instruments and more! All workshops are included in your ticket price and offer all ages a fun time! All Live Brazilian demonstrations are conducted by world-class Brazilian Instructors teaching Brazil's rich cultural history. If that weren't enough, we also have even more attractions to take part in including a creative kids arts and crafts section, a fun drum along Brazilian parade, and some incredible Live Artists painting Brazilian Art work! And don't miss our Brazilian Photo Wall! Its a Staple at our festival year after year! New this year, Brazilian Samba Fashion Show will be our newest attraction and do not miss experience!
BRAZILIAN PERCUSSION
Brazil is known for their big percussive sounds and big beats that are heard around the world! Carnaval comes to mind when we talk about percussion and the world renowned Blocos' hitting the streets playing the best of Brazilian sounds all day and all night! |
SAMBA DANCE
Come experience some of the best Samba Dancing in town taught by one of the best teachers in the valley. The ladies of Sambaz will be teaching an introductory Samba class for first timers, and skilled sambistas alike. The segment will showcase technique, movement, and performance. |
CAPOEIRA
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, music, and acrobatics. Developed in Brazil by Africans in the 16th century, Capoeira was a way of defending themselves from slave owners. It is known today for its quick & complex moves, using mainly power &, speed. |
BRAZILIAN DRUM PARADE
Hear the drums, feel the rhythms and join in! Our annual Brazilian Parade is a fun and energetic time that attendees love! We invite all festival goers to jump in line, get ready to dance and clap your hands to the beat as the parade makes it way around the festival grounds. |

We are excited to announce the official Rainha do Samba, The reigning Samba Queen USA, Ms Adrien Moya will be one of our many special guests for this year's 2018 Brazilian Day Festival! Adrien beat out more than 80 competitors from across the world to win the 2017 crown! Come say hi! |

Grab your friends, family or one of our fun performers and take a picture! This free photo wall is available throughout the day for you make your own memories |
OUTDOOR KIDS CRAFTS // 2pm-6pm
A Fun and interactive way for kids to get involved and learn about Brazilian culture. Brazilian Day offers various activities for kids of all ages from learning about the Brazilian Rain-forest to creating fun and unique Brazilian necklaces, bracelets and other cool stuff. |
LIVE ART
Brazilian Day Festival has teamed up with some amazing artists this year to introduce a new element of Brazilian culture to the event. Live Art! We have hand selected 5 very talented artists who will join us with paint brushes and canvas in hand creating a beautiful Brazilian inspiration. |
